The high frequency straight seam welded pipe mill is used to level the fixed strip after slitting line, and entry it to forming machine, bend to open pipe by roller, melt the strip edges through the high frequency current, squeeze and weld the pipe to be closed by squeeze roll. The high frequency pipe mill is also called ERW pipe mill. High frequency straight seam welded pipe mill process flow:
Loading coil→uncoiler→leveling→shearing and butt welding→accumulator→forming→high frequency welding→intermediate annealing→air cooling→water cooling→sizing→cutting by fixed length→end facing and chamfering→hydraulic testing→UT testing→marking→storing

1.Uncoiler: mainly used for support steel strip and unfolding coils to supply raw materials for the production line.
2.Pinching and leveling machine:used to level the ends of steel strip after uncoiler, provide the convenience for the shear and butt welding operation.
3.Shear and butter welded: cut off the irregular ends of steel strip and weld the ends of the front and next strip, to ensure the continuity of production.
4.Accumulator: to store steel strip to ensure the mill line can produce continuously.

5.Forming, sizing: using proximity effect and skin effect of HF current to make the edge of the steel strip melt and extrude the steel strip into a closed pipe.
6.Cutting, Flying saw: it can achieve high precision automatic tracking and cutting by fixed length in the situation of pipes high speed motion.
7 End facing and chamfering: mainly used for milling the pipe ends and chamfering the edge of inside and outside.
